Property owners in Crystal Cove belong to the Crystal Cove Homeowners Association. Homeowners enjoy 24 hour guarded gates, various community parks, as well as access to The Canyon Club which includes the swim center, clubhouse, fitness facility, basketball half-court and tennis courts.
Crystal Cove is not an independent town. Rather, it is a small Irvine Company master-planned community that is part of the Newport Coast development bordering Crystal Cove State Park on the sunset facing side of the San Joaquin Hills. Stretching from high on the ridge all the way down to Pacific Coast Highway, Crystal Cove is comprised of multiple different home collections plus custom designed homes that spread out among 620 acres of the Newport Coast hillside. The Homeowners Association dues vary for the different subdivisions within Crystal Cove, but they range from approximately $615 per month to approximately $1015 per month.
